VENUES
Do you belong a church, club, country club, sorority, fraternity,
fellowship or some other organization that has a space conducive to an
afternoon or an evening of entertainment? Perhaps you or someone
you know owns a coffee house or restaurant? We are looking for
venues of all shapes and sizes, so call or
email us to discuss the possibilities!
ADVERTISING
Newspapers, cable, television, radio, internet, blogs, webcasts,
Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Shoutlife, word-of-mouth... Any
and all of these will do! Please help us get the word out about
what we're doing, why, when and where we're doing it.
SILENT
AUCTIONS
Depending on the venue, we will also be holding silent auctions
to increase the amount of revenue received for the relief efforts in
Haiti. We are requesting good quality new items as well as
certificates for goods and services.
EVENT
PLANNING STAFF
Are you creative? Do you have spare time on your
hands? We have started our search for individuals who love
to plan parties - on a purely voluntary basis, of course. If you
or someone you know is good at organizing an entertaining evening, let
us know. You may be just the person we're looking for!

We've started our Core Team Advisory Board (CTAB) member
search. We are looking for people with a sincere and humble heart

YOU CAN HELP -- Get
Connected
We need free
advertising, gifts donated for the silent auctions, locations for
concerts, event workers, music artists, go-fers...actually, we need
volunteers in general.
There are lots of really good music artists out there who may want to
donate their time, talents and possibly even a few of their cd's for
this cause. It doesn't have to be about having a great deal of money -
or even any money at all. You don't have to be a musician or singer to
be involved...as a matter of fact, if you aren't, then let's find out
what your real talents are and put those to use!
